We are sorry, we cannot offer refunds. In terms of inclement weather (lightning, hail, downpours), you can reschedule your photo session. Please thoroughly read farm waiver and rules for the farm. We are a working farm with animals. farm tools, growing flowers and food--and we trust you will respect our land, buildings and farm in general. Thank you!

Wooly Moon Farm's Waiver
By agreeing to this waiver, I release of liability, express assumption of risk, and hold harmless agreement (the”Waiver”) is made between Wooly Moon Farm, LLC, Aaron and Kimberly Adamson and yourself (“Visitor” – “Visitor” also includes any of Visitor’s minor children, anyone for whom Visitor purchases entrance or reservations for, and anyone Visitor invites or brings to Wooly Moon Farm). The Wooly Moon Farm premises consist of the entire property located at 2333 S US Hwy 287, Berthoud, CO 80513. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have been informed that Wooly Moon Farm is a working farm with various operations and animals, and that there are various risks associated with a visit to the premises. These risks include, but are not limited to, risks from animals (including kicking, biting, scratching, bucking, bolting, being startled, or otherwise acting in unpredictable or dangerous ways), farm equipment (to include mowers, vehicles, tractors, wire, and other machinery, which could malfunction or injure those who come in contact with them), the natural environment (to include uneven terrain, holes, trees/falling trees/branches, wild animals/pests/insects and the like), weather and storms (including snow and ice, which is not removed from all areas of the property), other vehicles coming and going, neighbors animals over shared fence areas, and a variety of other risks. Some of these risks could cause serious injury, including death. In consideration of, and in return for access to and use of the Wooly Moon Farm premises, and grounds including but not limited to interaction with animals and fowl, Visitor acknowledges and understands these risks, and specifically agrees to assume full responsibility for all such risks, and to waive and release any claims against the Adamsons arising from any injury/potential injury of any kind associated with/incurred at Wooly Moon Farm.
